Presented by
Krista Lawrence, Landscape Designer, Garden Coach,
owner of Petros Design
Soil is vital—it is the foundation to landscapes and gardens. It
supports ecosystem services and provides a home for many
creatures. Harmful chemicals, such as herbicides, fungicides, and
pesticides, can harm soil bacteria and fungi reducing the system’s
ability to decompose debris and cycle soil nutrients. We’ll learn
about the importance of soil and how to kickstart your soil's health
to create a thriving ecosystem that supports your garden dreams.
Krista will share information about her favorite local products and
experiences that encourage robust soil in landscapes.
